Returns

Unworn bags can be returned within our 29-day return window, counted from delivery. There is no restocking fee.

Conditions

• The bag must be unworn, with the paper tag still attached to the top handle.
• Waxed canvas marks easily, so a P5 with creases from use cannot be resold and is not accepted.
• Personalized bags are final sale.
• Return shipping costs $9 and is deducted from the refund; exchanges for another color ship free.

Start a return by email with your order number. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the bag arriving at the workshop.
